What have we been up to? Let's see, since our last post we have finished the house (no pics yet though...I know...bad.) We have started to adjust to Mommy's new no-weekend work schedule. Sure is nice! However, we are finding ourselves traveling more now. Huh. Go figure!
Traveling where? Winfield...Chicago...back to Winfield...and Winfield some more. Gotta love going to Tutu and Bert's house! We went up there for a (VERY cold) White Sox game with Papa Bert and Easter. Then we turned around and went back the next Thursday to take care of the animals while Tutu and Bert were at their annual convention downtown. We took the girls to Shedd Aquarium on Friday. Maura was a little freaked out by some of the darker aisles. Teagan was bored out of her skull. After the aquarium, we walked over to the Hilton to see Tutu and Bert. All-in-all, it was a bit exhausting. So, Saturday we just bummed around our home-away-from-home. Then, Saturday night, Papa Bert and Mommy headed back downtown, picked up Aunt Tara and went to Navy Pier for Second City's 'Rod Blagojevich, Superstar.' OMG. It was hi-la-ri-ous! We came home relatively early on Sunday to relax a little before facing real life again. We get a weekend of 'rest' before the fun begins again! We have a Cubs game and a girls' American Girl lunch. (I KNOW you're jealous!) Then Mommy has a much-anticipated girls' weekend in Columbia, MO. Can't wait! Long story short, if you'd like to hang out with the Russell Fam, please call ahead. We're currently booked until June!
I think Miss Maura has sprouted about a foot. It's so amazing to look at her and realize she is just NOT a little kid anymore. In just a few weeks I get to register her for...KINDERGARTEN. Can you even believe it? My baby girl is starting school this August. Here come the tears already!
Miss Teags is just about over her second ear infection. I actually think it's still her first one that never quite went away. She's been a little cranky - but two more teeth just popped through too, so that probably accounts for most of it. (For those of you keeping count, yes, my sweet girl only has 8 teeth so far - 6 of which are on top. Funny girl!)
Here are some pics of our whirlwind life:

What a cheese!

Hope everyone has a great rest of the week!
